DimoMaint announces the appointment of Thomas Bourgeois as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This appointment marks the start of an ambitious new phase for the company, driven by strengthened governance and a forward-looking vision.

DimoMaint is entering a new stage of development supported by strengthened governance and an ambitious roadmap. Strategic priorities are organised around four pillars:

A leader with a rich, unifying background
Graduating from SUPELEC, Thomas Bourgeois began his career in 1998 at Alcatel, where he gained extensive industrial experience within the networks, software and mobile divisions. There he held responsibilities in operations, R&D, sales and Business Unit management, enabling him to master the full technological value chain.
In 2008, he became a serial entrepreneur, creating and developing several companies in the software and services sectors. This entrepreneurial track record, combined with his experience in international groups, gives him a strategic and pragmatic vision focused both on innovation and on creating value for customers.
This dual background large organisations and entrepreneurship gives him recognised ability to unite teams around ambitious goals and to translate strategy into concrete results.
