Beyond adhering to legal and regulatory standards, our values also mean respecting others, fulfilling our commitments, and maintaining honesty in our dealings with clients, prospects, suppliers, partners, and team members. Reduce our energy consumption and recycle waste

Our headquarters are certified for High Environmental Quality (HQE).

We use energy-saving technologies such as low-energy bulbs, motion sensors, and server virtualization.

Annually, we recycle 3 tons of paper waste using “Croques-feuilles.”

Reduce CO2 emissions from our travel

We reimburse approximately 5,000 km annually for carpooling.

We also reimburse employees who bike to work, averaging 3,000 km per year.

Remote work options include 200 to 300 webinars per year, video conferencing, and remote desktop support.

Energy efficiency gains and resource optimization: Utilizing advanced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) features, equipment is routinely checked, preventive maintenance needs are identified early, and interventions are timely, preventing equipment from becoming faulty or excessively energy consuming. CMMS also enhances precise management of inventories and physical resources, minimizing surplus and shortages that can lead to waste.

Testimonial from Val’Up: The sorting center, Val’Up in Belgium, implemented a CMMS. The maintenance manager explains: “A well-maintained setup, in terms of lubrication, locating air leaks, checking energy recovery circuits, etc., significantly reduces energy consumption, and CMMS ensures this is achieved.”

Enhancing worker health and safety: CMMS plays a crucial role in improving worker health and safety. Keeping equipment in optimal working condition helps prevent accidents and reduces workplace hazards. It also facilitates compliance with current safety standards and ensures meticulous tracking of maintenance procedures.

We partner with protected employment facilities for tasks like envelope stuffing and include sheltered workplace services in some of our proposals (e.g., Gestform handles expense report scanning for 15,000 Notilus users).

We select suppliers based on their commitment to social and environmental responsibilities (e.g., Imprim’vert-certified printers, caterers committed to reducing waste).

Our paperless document solutions help our clients reduce daily paper consumption (e.g., saving 100,000 photocopies of invoices annually for one client).

Customer satisfaction is integral to DIMO Software’s DNA. We regularly measure and utilize numerous tools to gauge client satisfaction, publishing NPS scores and survey results internally and to our clients.

All non-conformities are addressed, and corrective actions are implemented as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
